Meet the team

Brandon Duncan

Director/Founder

Having worked his way through all the roles on the shop floor, Brandon has an innate understanding of our business from the inside out. To say he lives the business is an understatement – he’s always thinking about how to improve our products and make great things even better. Driven to excel in everything he does, Brandon is also particularly passionate about giving young people a chance to find their own niche in which to shine.

Jonathon Taylor

General Manager

Jonathan was originally a machinist and toolmaker by trade, moving up into production, improvement and the supply chain. He’s a natural fit for his role, with his broad background and focus on quality and process. When he’s not at work, our GM is an enthusiastic football coach and enjoys his quality family time.

Dave Boucek

CNC Foreman

Among the Kiwi accents, you’ll hear one outlier on the shop floor at M2, and we count ourselves lucky to have him. Originally from the Czech republic, David has top-level skills in welding, fabrication, press-brake, laser-cutting, CAD drawing and design. He has a particular enthusiasm for working with CNC designs and pushing the boundaries of their potential.

Cam Mckay

Fabrication Foreman

Cam is our specialised aluminium and stainless tradesman and the one who keeps the others smiling with his wry sense of humour. A bit of a perfectionist, Cam can be relied upon to deliver A1 work even under the tightest of pressure.

Claire McLachlan

Accounts & Sales Admin

Claire keeps things running smoothly around here, and is always ready with a smile for our customers and the team. The secret to her good nature? Happiness, health, and wealth – in that order. When she’s not making sure we’re hitting deadlines, paying bills and keeping customers informed, Claire recharges at the speedway.
